Tata Motors launches ‘Customer Care Mahotsav’ for commercial vehicle customers across India | Autocar Professional

Tata Motors has unveiled ‘Customer Care Mahotsav,’ an extensive customer engagement initiative for commercial vehicle customers. Taking place from January 14 to March 30, 2024, this program will be executed across all authorized Tata Motors service outlets throughout the country. This initiative aims to facilitate in-depth engagement with fleet owners and truck drivers to understand their requirements and emerging trends.

The initiative promises various benefits, including meticulous vehicle check-ups by trained technicians, attractive discounts on select Tata Genuine Parts, and access to value-added services such as Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), Fleet Management Solutions (FMS), and Fleet Edge. Drivers will receive comprehensive training on safe and fuel-saving driving practices, health check-ups, hygiene kits, and special offerings under the Sampoorna Seva 2.0 initiative.

Girish Wagh, Executive Director, Tata Motors, highlighted the customer-centric approach ingrained in the company’s business. He emphasised the program’s design to showcase Tata Motors’ diverse service offerings, conduct thorough vehicle and driver health check-ups, and strengthen relationships with customers and stakeholders. The Mahotsav will be celebrated at all commercial vehicle workshops, covering every product line, including trucks, buses, vans, and small trucks.

The program also includes value-added services for hassle-free vehicle lifecycle management. Tata Motors’ Sampoorna Seva 2.0 offers a comprehensive care package supporting every aspect of operations throughout the vehicle lifecycle, ensuring steadfast support and convenience.
