New Delhi: Super Screws Pvt Ltd has announced a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Mitsuchi Corporation of Japan to establish a joint venture aimed at manufacturing and selling special cold forged parts in India. This partnership marks an important step forward in enhancing engineering capabilities and expanding market reach for both the companies.
The new venture will set up a manufacturing plant in India to produce and distribute high-quality cold forged parts, catering to both the Indian market and global exports.
