What are the engine options of the Kia Syros?
Kia Syros is offered with a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. The turbo petrol engine produces 118 bhp and 172 Nm of peak torque. Then there is the diesel engine that produces 115 bhp and 250 Nm. Both engines come mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard. The turbo petrol gets a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic unit whereas the diesel engine gets a 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
What is the fuel efficiency of the Kia Syros?
The fuel efficiency of the petrol engine with the manual gearbox is 18.20 kmpl, it falls to 17.68 kmpl with the DCT. The diesel engine is more fuel efficient with 20.75 kmpl for the manual gearbox and 17.65 kmpl for the automatic transmission.
