Kia India launches ‘Exchange Your Car’ service for simplified car exchanges – ET Auto

Kia India’s introduction of this service aims to bring transparency and ease to the car exchange process.

Kia India has launched an ‘Exchange Your Car’ service under its Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) domain, designed to simplify car exchanges for customers. This new online self-evaluation module provides a suggestive price for customers’ existing vehicles, helping them make informed decisions when trading in their cars. The service can be accessed through the ‘Exchange Your Car’ option on the “Buy” section of Kia India’s website.

To use the service, customers must enter basic details about their vehicle, such as make, model, variant, manufacturing year, and kilometers driven. The system then provides an approximate price for the vehicle, which customers can view from the comfort of their homes. This feature aims to streamline the initial phase of the car exchange process, enabling customers to proceed with confidence.

Myung-sik Sohn, Chief Sales Officer at Kia India, stated, “At Kia India, customer experience is at the heart of everything we do. Our new feature simplifies the car exchange process, enhancing convenience and strengthening our connection with customers. This innovation not only expands our market reach but also builds trusted relationships with potential buyers. We’re committed to continually improving our services, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for all and giving you confidence in our future.”

Kia India’s introduction of this service aims to bring transparency and ease to the car exchange process. The addition of this feature aligns with the company’s commitment to providing top-tier services to current and potential customers. The new service is also expected to boost customer engagement and help Kia sustain its reputation as a trusted car manufacturer in India.
