In Arizona townhouse project, an EV charger in every garage – Charged EVs

A townhouse community in Peoria, Arizona, has installed EV chargers in every garage.

Haven Townhouses at P83, which opened in 2007 and rents one-, two- and-three-bedroom townhouses, has installed a total of 163 Wallbox Pulsar Plus charging stations at the complex, a spokesperson told Charged.

The Pulsar Plus, which is controlled via the myWallbox app, provides management of smart functions in the charger, not in the cloud. The charger supports Amazon Alexa and Google Home voice commands, and carries a NEMA Type 4 rating for water and dust resistance, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor installation.

“Charge Your Electric Vehicle with Ease!” the complex’s website emphatically states, using the new EV chargers as a selling point and product differentiator. “Every attached garage comes equipped with EV charging stations, making it convenient for you to power up and get on the road.”

Haven is owned by Phoenix-based WhiteHaven and managed by Bryten Real Estate Partners, which was formed earlier in 2024 through the merger of MEB Management Services and Weller Management. Bryten manages some 47,000 apartments and townhouses in 11 states.
