Euler Motors appoints Anal Vijay Singh as VP Manufacturing & Plant Head | Autocar Professional


Euler Motors, a key player in the electric commercial vehicle (EV) sector, has announced the appointment of Anal Vijay Singh as VP Manufacturing & Plant Head. Singh, a veteran in the auto industry with a career spanning 35 years, previously served as the Plant Head at Pantnagar Works, Tata Motors Limited, overseeing large-scale production and supply chain operations for Small Commercial Vehicles (SCV).

Euler Motors has emerged as a significant player in the commercial EV sector, ranking third in 3-wheeler commercial EV sales during the last quarter of CY2023. The appointment of Anal Vijay Singh reflects the company’s commitment to establishing an advanced EV manufacturing hub to meet the rising demands in the sector.

In his role, Singh will lead the cutting-edge facility in Palwal, Haryana, and focus on seamless tech integration, manufacturing, and supply chain processes. He will be instrumental in achieving the plant’s annual capacity of 35,000 units and will oversee tasks related to facility planning, cost optimization, quality planning, and manufacturing excellence. Singh’s leadership will incorporate principles of Lean Manufacturing, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Safety, Quality, Productivity, Delivery, Cost, Morale, and Environment (SQPDCME) to ensure the facility’s state-of-the-art status.

In his previous role, Singh achieved milestones such as establishing the manufacturing facility for Tata’s flagship SCV platform and successfully launching various BS6 small commercial vehicles, including India’s first SCV Electric vehicle, Ace EV. He holds certifications under the 1000 Visionary SME Programme (2015-16) and has served in various responsible positions, including being a Board Member of the National Board for Quality Promotion (NBQP), QCI, and a Special Invitee to the CII Uttarakhand State Council.
