ChargePoint and Porsche partner on Porsche Charging Service integration – Charged EVs

California-based EV charging network ChargePoint and Porsche Cars North America (PCNA) have announced an agreement that will give PCNA access to the ChargePoint network in the Porsche Charging Service, increasing the number of North American chargers available to Porsche customers to more than 100,000.

The integration is expected to become operative in the fourth quarter of 2024. It will allow Porsche EV and hybrid drivers to charge at ChargePoint and roaming partner charging stations using the My Porsche app. All Porsche Charging Service customers will also be able to charge at more than 75% of ports currently available to Porsche drivers in North America.

“We are constantly looking for opportunities to enhance our customer experience and expand charging options,” said Timo Resch, President and CEO of PCNA. “This is a significant step in that direction.”
