New Delhi: Ask automotive, a leading advanced braking systems manufacturer for two wheelers and aluminum casting player, announced its management change on 29 March 2024 with its immediate effect.

Post Maruti Suzuki, now Ask Automotive has disclosed about its senior management personnel shuffle in its regulatory filings, with the shuffling of three leaders; Chandra Shekhar, Vashisth Kumar Tripathi, and Rajender Koul.

Chandra Shekhar, the veteran with 25 years of experience is appointed as the new Vice President- Purchase. His expertise is in Vendor Development, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and SAP Implementation in various plants of the Company and has been associated with the company since March 15, 2021.

Vashisth Kumar Tripathi has been transferred to Vice President- Engineering, and has been associated with the company since August 1, 2022. His previous works are associated with Rico Auto Industries Limited as general manager, Mahavir Die Casters Private Limited as general manager, Global Autotech Limited as senior general manager – R&D.

Rajender Koul, a leader with 24 years of experience in IT is appointed as Deputy General Manager – Information Technology. He has been associated in the field of Information Technology under various verticals like Infrastructure, Network & Network Security, Cybersecurity, Backup, IOT and Digitization, Project Management and various ERP Implementation and Support in SAP ECC & SAP.
