MILAN – Stellantis and Foxconn have created a 50-50 three way partnership to design and promote semiconductors for the car business from 2026.

The three way partnership, referred to as SiliconAuto, will provide Stellantis, together with its untouched ‘STLA Mind’ digital and device structure, Foxconn and alternative consumers, Stellantis stated in a remark.

“SiliconAuto will provide customers an auto industry-centric source of semiconductors for the growing number of computer-controlled features and modules, particularly those needed for electric vehicles,” they stated.
