The GLC 43 gentle hybrid is powered through an AMG hand-built 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with an electrical exhaust fuel turbocharger. It produces 416 hp and an excess 13 hp by means of a starter generator at decrease engine speeds. The GLC 43 hurries up from a standstill to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds.

Mercedes mentioned the M139l engine is the one manufacturing engine on this planet turbocharged with an electrical exhaust fuel turbocharger. Derived from Formulation One era, the pristine mode of turbocharging “guarantees particularly spontaneous response across the rpm range,” the automaker mentioned.

The GLC 63 S E Efficiency pairs an AMG 2.0-liter turbo engine with a 201-hp electrical motor at the rear axle. The plug-in hybrid delivers a mixed 671 hp and propels the crossover from 0 to 60 mph in 3.4 seconds.
