Citadel Automobile Team of Oakbrook Terrace, Unwell., made its first acquisition of 2023 with the acquisition of 3 dealerships in Chicago’s western suburbs.
Citadel Automobile on Thursday purchased Pugi Auto Team, consisting of Pugi Volkswagen, Pugi Mazda and Pugi Hyundai-Genesis of Downers Grove, all in Downers Grove, Unwell., southwest of Chicago, from broker Dominic Pugliani.
The dealerships had been renamed Citadel Volkswagen Downers Grove, Citadel Mazda Downers Grove and Citadel Hyundai Downers Grove-Genesis of Downers Grove. The Hyundai and Genesis manufacturers these days are housed in a single construction, however Citadel Automobile is setting up a standalone Genesis facility, stated Andrew Dorgan, the crowd’s director of company construction.
